Alfy

Alfy is a comprehensive full-stack mobile platform aimed at digitally transforming the VIP chauffeured car rental market in Turkey and the surrounding region. The project consists of a cross-platform mobile app built with Flutter and a scalable Node.js-based backend architecture. Traditional chauffeured car rental services, previously handled through slow and unreliable phone and email processes, have been fully digitized with Alfy.

The app serves three core user segments: (1) corporate clients — meeting transfers, airport pickups, and daily chauffeured car needs, (2) private event organizers — premium vehicle and chauffeur allocation for weddings, galas, and VIP events, (3) individual users — those seeking special-occasion transport, intercity travel, or a luxury experience. Each segment is offered a customized vehicle fleet: sedans (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series), SUVs (Range Rover, BMW X5), VIP vans (Mercedes V-Class), and luxury vehicles (Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series).

The platform's greatest strength is its full-stack approach: a single Flutter codebase powering both iOS and Android apps, a Node.js + Express.js backend providing a RESTful API, Socket.IO for real-time driver location tracking, and Firebase for push notification infrastructure. This integrated architecture delivers a seamless experience across booking creation, driver assignment, live tracking, and payment.

Google Maps integration displays vehicle location in real time on the map, with estimated arrival time dynamically updated based on traffic data. A driver rating system lets users leave a 5-star rating and review after each trip — this data feeds into the driver quality-control process. The payment system supports credit cards and corporate invoicing through a secure gateway integration. With 30,000+ downloads and 8,000+ monthly active users, Alfy has positioned itself as a trusted and innovative digital solution in the VIP transportation segment.
