About the Project

Teksan App is a comprehensive enterprise mobile platform developed for Teksan Group, Turkey's largest generator manufacturer, driving the digital transformation of industrial power solutions. Built on 350+ source files, this is the largest and most complex project of my career — it unifies critical business processes such as real-time monitoring of hundreds of field-deployed generators, fault detection, maintenance scheduling, and technical service coordination into a single mobile platform.

The project was designed to solve Teksan's biggest field-operations problem: the lack of centralized management for its scattered generator fleets. Traditionally, technicians had to travel to sites for manual checks, fault reports were tracked by phone and email, and maintenance schedules were managed in Excel spreadsheets. This process was both costly and highly error-prone.

Using the CoreBluetooth framework, Teksan App reads real-time data from BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) sensors attached to generators, monitoring engine temperature, fuel level, voltage output, run hours, and vibration values in real time. When threshold values are exceeded, an alarm is generated automatically and a push notification is sent to the relevant technical service team. CoreData provides offline support — data is collected even in field locations without internet access and automatically synced once a connection is restored.

The platform serves three user roles: (1) field technicians — monitoring generator status, creating fault reports, completing maintenance checklists, (2) regional managers — fleet overview, performance reports, team assignments, (3) central management — dashboard statistics, cost analysis, SLA tracking. Each role has a customized interface and authorization system. With 5,000+ active users and 15,000+ downloads, the app increased Teksan's field operations efficiency by 40% and stands as one of the best examples of Objective-C used at industrial scale.
