About the Project
The average user underestimates their monthly subscription spending by 40%. Netflix, Spotify, iCloud, Microsoft 365, apps, fitness... some of these are billed annually and forgotten. Spendly makes these invisible expenses visible.
Subscription invoices are automatically captured from email via MailKit — receipt, invoice, and payment-notification patterns are recognized. Items are added to the list with user confirmation. Manual entry is also supported. Renewal date, monthly/annual cost, and last-used date are tracked for every subscription.
"Not using it" detection is smart: for an app not opened in 90 days, a notification arrives saying "You haven't opened this app in 90 days — ₺149/month." The cancellation guide walks you step by step through canceling a subscription via the App Store. The annual savings projection animation is motivating.
