Part to Time is an innovative mobile job-matching platform designed to solve the biggest problem in Turkey's part-time job market. The app lets employers post urgent staffing needs within seconds, and lets job seekers discover nearby opportunities through a location-based map view and apply with a single tap.

The app serves two core user segments: employers who need staff quickly (cafes, restaurants, event venues, retail) and job seekers who want flexible working hours (university students, freelancers, people looking for extra income). Both sides create a profile after downloading the app; employers post job listings, and job seekers browse listings via map or list view and apply.

Once an application is approved, a direct messaging channel opens between the two parties — job details, hours, and pay are clarified within the app. Employers can enrich their listings with photo galleries and short videos, so job seekers can see the environment before deciding.
