About the Project
Unite Phone is the business VoIP softphone of VOIPZeker, which serves 15,000+ businesses. As Mobile Engineer (React Native) I resolved 100+ bugs across iOS and Android, including device- and hardware-specific VoIP audio issues, and kept every release 99%+ crash-free.
I led a full UI/UX redesign and shipped features driven by product-owner requests and customer feedback in an Agile team (Jira, GitHub).
I integrated CallKit and PushKit (VoIP push), so calls appear in iOS Recents and tapping an entry relaunches the app and starts the call. I also added native contact sync, call-quality monitoring with fallback on poor networks, a Universal Links / deep-link system and app-wide logging with crash monitoring.
