About the Project
There are three proven, effective variables for treating jet lag: light exposure, caffeine timing, and sleep schedule. But manually calculating them across multiple time-zone crossings is complicated. Jetlag Coach does it automatically.
Enter your flight route: departure city, arrival city, flight date and time. An algorithm based on Harvard Medical School circadian research produces an hour-by-hour plan — when to seek bright light, when to wear sunglasses, when to drink coffee, and when to sleep. It includes the 3 days before your flight.
Every recommendation arrives right on time as a push notification: 'Sit in sunlight for 20 minutes now,' 'Last coffee today by 1:00 PM.' Post-arrival adjustment tracking asks how you're feeling — the model recalibrates for your next flight.
